Beschreibung

Weiss/Mann Technik mit Heidi Weiss Heidi Weiss teaches a dynamic Contemporary technique class with strong roots in Modern dance. The weissmann technique combines strenghening elements with release based exercises, starting with basic yoga poses which focus on breath and clarity. The class continues with a series of moving exercises which create length and volume  in the body. The dancers are encouraged to take risks by testing physical and spacial boundaries, through a fusion of fluidity and groundedness. This workshop comes to it´s high point through phrases across the floor and ending with a long center combination. Here the students can apply the qualities explored in the exercises and connect them into the choreography.

Umbuchung & Kündigung

Stornierungen Ihrerseits sind bis 7 Tage vor Workshopbeginn möglich. Eine Anmeldegebühr in Höhe von 10,- Euro wird aber in jedem Fall als Stornogebühr einbehalten. Bei späterem Storno wird die gesamte Workshopgebühr einbehalten. Die Kurse finden nur bei einer Mindestteilnehmerzahl statt.
